How does Nasogurd 27.5mcg Nasal Spray work?

Nasogurd 27.5mcg Nasal Spray works by causing vasoconstriction (constriction of blood vessels) and exhibiting anti-inflammatory activity. It directly targets cells responsible for inflammation, such as eosinophils, monocytes, mast cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells. Additionally, Nasogurd 27.5mcg Nasal Spray reduces mucus gland secretions, thereby reducing inflammation and facilitating easier breathing.

Side Effects of Nasogurd 27.5mcg Nasal Spray

Common:

• Nosebleeds (typically minor)
• Nasal ulceration (irritation or discomfort in the nose, streaks of blood while blowing the nose)
• Headache
• Shortness of breath

Uncommon:

• Pain, burning, irritation, soreness, or dryness inside the nose

Rare: Discontinue use and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:

• Allergic reactions (symptoms include wheezing, coughing, or difficulty breathing; sudden weakness or light-headedness; swelling around the face; skin rashes or redness)
• Blurred vision or other visual disturbances

Pharmacology

Fluticasone Furoate is a synthetic trifluorinated corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory activity. Interaction
